The Tse Addo trotro route has been asphalted and fitted with overhead solar traffic lights. Tse Addo is the community behind the Trade fair at La. This neighborhood has the Zenith University College and the La Dadekotopon Local Council. It also serves a large number of residents and offices. Since the creation of the vicinity, the road that led to it had always been bad – muddy, rugged, unmotorable.
The streets that lead up to the place have been recently conditioned by the government. Now trotro buses that stopped plying the route have assumed service.
