An Accra trotro bus was spotted grounded on the Ring Road Central. The bus had both right tyres flattened out in what looked like a rare puncture or loose tyre. This dual carriage links the Eastern section of the city to the west and is therefore extremely busy. This bus was seen in this state around 6.40 am, suggesting that a heavy traffic will build up as the morning rolls on.
