The western Accra trotro routes starts from Mallam along the Odorkor highway, travels through Awoshie, then to Ablekuma, Ayikai Drobo, Ashalaja, continues to Asofan and terminates at Pokuase.
These communites largely fringe the Eastern region, the adjoining province to Greater Accra Region.
