Its a stationery shop at Ako Adjei, a suburb at Osu, Accra.  This photo was taken from the bus stop that is located right opposite the store. The Kingdom bus stop serves as a transit point for commuters travelling Tema-Labadi to Accra and the other way.

Its a 24 hour stop with wait times of 5 minutes during day, and 15 minutes at night to all sections of Accra.

Land Rover tow trucks on Ring Road trotro route

These Land Rovers are tow trucks on the Ring Road central trotro route. They are parked opposite the Nima Police station, right across the traffic lights. They are on 24 hours stand by for call. The trucks are converted 60s land Rover trucks that have been meticulously maintained over the decades to its current state. Most are auctioned public service cinema vans. Despite their age and look, these tow trucks ably salvage trotro buses in Accra and are informally managed.

Trotro buses park in front of the GCB Tower at Nkrumah Circle, Accra, Ghana due to ongoing works at the new Interchange which has affected the original Kaneshie trotro terminal. The project is due to complete in  December 2016. The trotro buses would park along the Ridge taxi station and move in turns to occupy the makeshift terminal under the Bridge. The new trotro terminal will accommodate more buses, provide several amenities and solve the perennial flooding that makes the station inaccessible during the rainy season.

Its crucial because thats when they rake in most of the money - from school children, workers, traders, tourists and shift staff.  On a typical day, a bus can make 19 trips on route - inbound and outbound.  It takes 45 minutes to cover a route one way.
