The building behind the white Sprinter trotro bus is the Liberty Avenue branch of the GCB Bank. The intersection the trotro bus is approaching is one of the busiest – not with vehicles but pedestrians because its the central shopping area. Its one of the few places in Accra where trotro buses have to give way to pedestrians. But its not annoying to drivers cos the interruptions provide a windfall – the same people criss crossing the trotro buses board the buses at this point, saving the driver a long trip to the bus stop and reducing fuel costs. So some nuisance are profitable. See it to believe.
