Trotro stations in Accra have not been spared the fog of the harmattan. We bring you pictures from the Accra railways trotro station where as late as 7 am, the atmosphere was as frosty as a refrigerator glass.
The harmatan is a seasonal foggy weather condition that lasts from December to February. Its very dry and humid. Visibility is poor during early mornings and late evenings. So you can observe that some of the trotro buses have their headlamps on even after day break.
