The Circle to Labadi route makes its first stop at Apollo theater, then onwards to Paloma. From this point, it moves to Multi choice, then Kanda Mobil. After this stop, it moves through GBC, Sankara, Police Headquarters, Fire service headquarters, Danquah circle, Bridge, vetinenary services, Labadi poly clinic, Jokers, Accra station, Maami, Abormi, Kojo Sardine, Wireless, Bush Canteen, Palm Wine junction, Kpogas, then Trade Fair.
From Accra circle, the trotro bus heads to Avenor, stops at Caprice, moves on to Alajo, then to Tesano junction, then stops at Abeka Total, continues to Abeka junction, Free pipe, post office, market, then Lapaz.

Trotro buses from North Kaneshie, Lapaz and Achimota utilize this trotro route to reach Adabraka, Roxy and Kingsway before either turning left to Tudu or going straight on to Railways. The overpass only serves trotro buses from Lapaz area because the ascent is at P&T. Buses going overhead cant stop in front of GCB to the right; the closest stop will be Vienna City.
