The 37 trotro station near ElWak Accra offers passenger services to Achimota. This trotro route passes through the Land Valuation Board, descends to Kawkudi Gold House intersection, then goes uphill to Accra Girls where there is a stop. It continues to Maamobi junction,then stops at Roman Ridge, across the Shell station. The trip continues to Ebony, Dzorwulu junction, Abelenkpe junction, South Achimota Forest, Achimota hospital, skirts Abofu north, and ends at the new Achimota station.

The new achimota trotro bus station at Abofu

The new Achimota trotro bus station is located on the Abofu GIMPA road, a few metres from the  highway. The bus terminal was originally located near the overhead on the Lapaz road but relocated due to congestion. The station caters to trotro passengers traveling to Accra north - Pokuase, Kwabenya, Amasaman, Accra South - Nkrumah Circle, Kaneshie, Osu, Accra West Mallam, Lapaz and Odorkor and Accra East Madina, Legon and Dzorwulu.

High Street Bishop trotro station relocated

High Street Bishop trotro station relocated. This terminal is located across the Supreme Court and the Ghana Library Authority offices. It serves the western and eastern neighborhoods of Accra such as Latebiorkorshie, Dansoman, Mamprobi, Chokor, Labadi, Osu and Cantonments. The new terminal can be found close to the Accra Magistrate courts, around the sub metro offices. Telling from the heaps of sand in he image, it looks like construction is about to begin. The wooden fence is a protocol by Ghanaian contractors to seal off the work area from intruders, prevent snoopers from prying into whats going on and protect the privacy of the crew.
