The Mallam highway which originates from thhe Obetsebi Circle in Accra south, serves as the main transportation hub for trotro buses in Accra. This road connects buses from the eastern neighborhoods like Accra central, Tudu and Nungua to western sections like Weija, Tetegu and Kasoa. It ferries the transportation traffic from Chorkor, Dansoman and Agege onto the Lapaz highway. The pass from Kwashieman to Weija is of ultra significance as it serves as the main avenue for Ablekuma and Awoshie trotro to reach the south west efficiently.
